I’m Roger Goode — DJ renegade, airwave anarchist and professional vibe curator. I’ve spun beats from Ibiza to LA, shared some unforgettable moments with global stars, and brought my unique brand of energy to audiences around the world. A sonic outlaw with a proudly South African soul, I’m here to turn up the volume and keep Cape Town moving!

Where were you born and raised?

I was born and raised in the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape. Growing up surrounded by Cape Town’s beaches, mountains and laid-back lifestyle definitely shaped who I am today.

Which towns or cities have you lived in, and where are you living currently?

I’ve travelled extensively and spent time in cities and destinations around the world, from Berlin to Bali. But Cape Town has always been home. I’m currently living on the Atlantic Seaboard, right in the heart of the Mother City.

Which languages can you speak?

English and Afrikaans, with a growing appreciation for isiZulu and isiXhosa. But if there’s one language I speak fluently, it’s South African street slang! I’m all about the local lingo and the unique way we communicate in Mzansi.
