The first ‘stukkie’ is a filling made up of juicy old school jams (the slap chips) mixed with spicy urban-flavoured gospel jams in the first hour of the show. The second ‘stukkie’ at 7pm is dripping with a succulent old school mix by the crowd-pleasing DJ Grant Lesch (the hot sauce) affectionately known as Papa G.

The Sunday Fix is hosted by one of the station’s newer recruits, Fauzia Bull. Fauzia’s warm and easy-going personality helps listeners get ready for the week ahead. The show is a roundup of all that happened in entertainment and music in the past week and weekend and is all about good music peppered with some interesting, yet light chats, in between the music.
