Quick intro
Cato Louw started with GOOD HOPE FM in April 2025. Out of school she went to Stellenbosch to study at Maties and her original dream was to become the Springbok physiotherapist, but that dream quickly adapted given the fact that it’s actually a medical degree… So, she eventually went over to eta Stellenbosch and studied for a fitness diploma. In that time, she joined campus radio, MFM 92.6, where she honed in on her radio skills and specifically her love for sport from the early morning slot to hosting her own daily sports show she eventually graduated to commercial radio where she joined EWN Sport on KFM and CapeTalk. You’ll also see her on TV on SuperSport where she anchors various rugby tournaments from Varsity Cup to the Springbok Women & beyond. She concluded her chapter with EWN Sport after nine years before joining The Roger Goode Breakfast Show on Good Hope FM.
