GOOD HOPE FM’S #FUTURECAPETOWN YOUTH DAY CONCERT TO ENTERTAIN, INSPIRE AND EMPOWER STARS OF TOMORROW

Good Hope FM, Cape Town’s Original, has launched a Youth Day concert to entertain, inform and uplift the youth of Cape Town
– using celebrity punching power to show them that there is hope to build the life you want, no matter which walk of life you come from.

The #FutureCapeTown concert, featuring a stellar line-up that includes the likes of chart topper, Paxton Fielies, TikTok sensation, Jamie Barthus, multi-talented entertainer, Keanu Harker and Good Hope FM’s very own Kyeezi and Ready D will be hosted on 15 June from 12h00 – 15h00 at the SABC Sea Point Auditorium, 209 Beach Road.

The concert will provide 3 hours of non-stop entertainment during a live broadcast of The Good Vibez with Ready D and Erin Fox and will also be live streamed on www.goodhopefm.co.za and the Good Hope FM app.

Leading up to the concert, Ready D will chat with the artists about their lives, careers and stories of inspiration – not only giving them a platform to showcase their art and bringing them closer to the Good Hope FM listener base, but also empowering other young aspiring artists to follow in their footsteps.

The show will have some VIP guests, too, with learners from Mitchells Plain High and Kasselsvlei Comprehensive High School attending the concert live to experience the thrill first-hand.

Good Hope FM’s Programme Manager, Gerard Muller, says, “Time and time again, youth stars from Cape Town and surrounding areas have proven that the city can produce truly world-class talent, whether it was grown in a more affluent suburb or one where even the most basic of means aren’t a given. This concert aims to celebrate the amazing talent that Cape Town has produced, but, in the same vein, inspire the youth of similar potential to make smart decisions in building their dream career, and to start NOW.”
