- Telkom Spend and Get promotion will be available to all Telkom Mobile Prepaid and Hybrid customers both new and existing.
- The Spend and Get promotion gives eligible Telkom customers Free Telkom Voice minutes upon purchasing a qualifying bundle.
- Qualifying Products: Customers must purchase a data bundle or combo bundle (data + voice) with a minimum value of R29 to qualify for Free Telkom Voice minutes.
- The Free Telkom Voice minute allocation will be determined based on the customer’s qualifying spend band.

3 Days R49-R98 500 Min Telkom to Telkom
7 Days R99-R198 800 Min Telkom to Telkom
14 Days +R199 2000 Min Telkom to Telkom
31 Days 6. Customers will be able to make voice calls to all Telkom Mobile numbers and Telkom Fixed-Line numbers using the Free Telkom Voice minutes.
7. The allocated Free Telkom Voice minutes will be valid from the date and time of activation for the applicable validity period and will automatically expire upon the expiry of that validity
period.
8. Any unused free voice minutes remaining after the expiry date and time will be forfeited and will not be carried over or transferred.
9. Free voice minutes are not transferrable.
10. Customers may check the expiry date of the Free Telkom Mobile Voice minutes via USSD (*188#).
11. Voice minutes threshold notifications will be sent to customers when applicable thresholds are reached 50%, 80% and 100%.
12. Order-of-consumption rules will apply. Free resources (e.g., promotional bundles) will be consumed first, followed by paid resources. Telkom Voice Minutes will be used for Telkom-to
Telkom voice calls.
13. Free Telkom voice minutes promotion will be available from 04 October 2026 and end on the 31 January 2027.
14. Telkom reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of any misuse or abuse of the proposition by the customer.
15. Telkom reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes made will be published on https://group.telkom.co.za/regulatory/terms-and-conditions.html
and will be deemed incorporated into the Agreement and binding on the Customer from the
date of publication.
