I do the Breakfast Show on Good Hope FM Monday to Friday 06:00 – 09:00. I work with the lovely Sandra Rosenberg, the zainey Knob, the savvy Brandon Baatjies and Nic who who sorts out all our multimedia and technical stuff. Sandra does the news in English and Afrikaans, but she’s so talented, she can do it in Australian and American.

After the show I try and exercise and then hit the internet. Most of my day is spent in front of the computer looking for new and fresh ideas. I listen to a lot of international radio so that I can keep abreast of what other morning shows are doing. Okay – I steal their ideas – sometimes.

Kinky Afro is an institution at Good Hope FM and is the biggest music feature on any radio station at the moment. This is not rocket science, but Capetonians love their old school. We stick this on 08h00-08h30 Friday morning.

King of clubs is enormous and we belt that out every Friday morning at 07h00-07h30.
