Wow....only HOURS to go now until the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup kicks off in South Africa!

History in the making! Bring it to Africa! Everyone is just SOOOO amped!

Everywhere you look, flags, side mirror socks, T-Shirts, Vuvuzela's etc etc...The whole Country is in a really great space and "gees" for this awesome event!

We at Good Hope FM are NO Exception to this at all and The Nigel Pierce Show is backing this thing 100000 0000000 %!!!

Knobbo is out and about in the mornings handing out flags to locals who are "feeling it"! Knobbo enjoys nothing more than spreading a little happiness and joy!

Today we had an ALL SOUTH AFRICAN PLAYLIST on the breakfast show, because we are PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN and we need to demonstrate our local talent to all our foreign friends and visitors!

We also had two competitions on the show this morning, including another finalist selection for The Vodacom Funny Festival AND two lucky listeners also walked away with 10 tickets EACH to watch ESTELLE in action!

Well Cape Town CBD is going to go mal a little bit later today! As the Fan fest opens up with a free concert leading up to tomorrow! +/- 17 000 people expected in and around town today ...and tomorrow ...over 100 000 expected!
